I highly recommend Bravo Carpet Cleaning Services!! Emmanuel and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. My 3 year old dog had 2 instances where he vomited leaving about 10 spot stains all over my brand new carpet (not even 1 month old)! Of course I was freaking out. Bravo definitely came to the rescue on this one! I have used other carpet cleaning services before and Bravo's definitely outperforms them by a long shot. They have definitely earned a life long customer. ☺

First He charged us more than quoted it would be on the phone. Then when I called him the next day to tell him that the carpet still smelled of dog very strongly, he offered to come by. He shows up claiming he couldn’t smell anything and said it must be coming from the laundry room, then it was the air vents, then the walls and paint. He said that the carpets weren’t bad so he only sanitized them ( ok well why did you charge $100 more than quoted?). So then he goes back over the carpet with his black light and there are still stains. He says those must be from the previous owner buying a cleaner at the store and trying to cover it up. Ok.. how can you tell if it’s a stain to missed or a cleaning product from a black light?!. He claims the product he used encapsulates 99% of stains but there are still stains. Also, his machine broke down twice while doing our carpets, so he had to leave in the middle to buy a new battery. He did offer to come back and do the same thing over again, but at that point we were just done with him.

Bravo did an awesome job cleaning the carpet and removing visible stains at a great price. He gives free estimates which was great, when you’re indecisive whether or not to change the carpet out. He provides before and after pictures to demonstrate the quality of his work. The Bravo Carpet Cleaning services is a very friendly company. We are very pleased with his work!! Thank you!!

We recently worked with Emmanuel Bravo of Bravo Restoration to replace rotten deck planking at our Mount Vernon house. From the time I reached out to Bravo Restoration to the time the project was finished was just a few days. That in itself is amazing. In addition, the craftsmanship was incredible. This is an old house where things are not always level or true, but he made every board fit without a screw head to be seen. If you need a project done quickly and correctly, call Emmanuel Bravo.

The best thing about our experience with Bravo Restoration & Cleaning is that they wanted to make us happy with every aspect of their work. And they succeeded! Emmanuel, the owner was fair, responsive, and trustworthy all the way. He and his crew did an excellent job of painting our entire condo (1,680 sq ft) and replaced all the trim as well. They also cleaned a very dirty carpet, did a thorough move-in cleaning of the condo and a move-out cleaning of the house we sold. The new owners said they were blown away by how clean it was! They also helped us out with other things we couldn’t quite manage on our own. We can’t recommend Bravo highly enough…we just say, “thanks, and Bravo for Bravo”!

We were very impressed with the quality of service we received from Bravo.Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and schedule.When they left our house smelled clean and looked great.We have several pets and he was able to treat the spots from our recent litter of puppies with a solution that broke down residual urine that was left after previous spot treatments. Bravo did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! Every aspect of our experience from booking the appointment to the job being done was very professional and efficient. They worked with my schedule and they were on time. Emmanuel was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the cleaning process and getting our carpets looking much brighter and fresher. There were some stains that I was skeptical about and he was able to get them completely out. Our carpets are like brand new again. We desperately needed our carpets freshened up after the summer season when kids run in and out of the house all day long, and after reading great things about Bravo, we decided to see for ourselves. They came and had our 12 year old carpet looking so great and smelling fresh. Very professional, friendly, efficient and we’re so glad we went with them. I wish i had some before pictures but when they left the carpet looks brand new. I highly recommend them and will definitely be contacting them in the future.

Wonderful to work with! We hired Bravo to clean our house and carpets before we moved in. The house was dirtier than we expected, but Jannet did an amazing job! The place was sparkling afterwards. She is fast and thorough and friendly. I really appreciated her attention to detail, like moving the washer and dryer to clean behind them. Later that afternoon, her husband came and cleaned our carpets. They look great! The price was very reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the results. We will definitely use them again. I am so extremely satisfied with Bravo Carpet Cleaning. Our carpet was so badly stained with pet stains. I honestly did not think they would come off. But, Bravo did it. My husband was pleased with the professionalism the owner displayed. He was on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Bravo Cleaning. We will be using them to haul off some junk from our garage in the future.
