Really supportive. Super friendly. Regardless of the different timezones (I'm in the UK) the founder of the agency is amazing and has never made feel different from the rest of the people who are signed up with Glowe Talent.

My experience with Glowe Talent & it’s agency founder, Genevieve. I would not recommend this agency because I found myself constantly having to follow up for answers or assistance. even when you’re told that they’ll get back to you, she doesn’t and when you follow up, she’s typically too busy with her kids and will give you all sorts of sass and attitude (I have screenshots). the lack of professionalism here is far too great and when I was going through harassment and impersonation on the app, and received no assistance or reassurance from my agent Genevieve, I knew it was the final straw. since asking to be released from the agency, Genevieve, completely switched up and tried to tell me that I’d have to pay a release fee to leave despite never signing a binding contract to this agency. she agreed to release me “for free” at the end of this month and when I followed up today, she told me she’d talk to me tomorrow knowing that if we wait till September to talk and submit my release, I won’t get paid for September. she’s left me in a limbo and removed me from the agency chat group where I was seeking assistance from her assistant. she continues to keep saying “bye” or write to me in capital letters when trying to have a civil conversation. again, I have all the screenshots of these conversations and happy to share. please think twice before joining this agency. there are many more reputable agencies to join. take your time & do you research.

I have nothing but great things to say about Glowe Talent. I joined Glowe 1.5 months ago. With there support and training I made money my first month. I never imagined I would be succeeding as a broadcaster. Thanks Glowe Talent
