Abracadabra Heating & Refrigeration

In a very busy service economy Abracadabra came out to service my natural gas fireplace. Their technician was extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Abracadabra!

I have not been impressed with the quality of work or professionalism of this company since day one and would not recommend them to anyone wanting to have work done on their furnace or installation of such.Although we did get a good deal/price on the product installed I found Scott to be extremely cocky and unprofessional. We did not receive a receipt and had to ask multiple times for one. We received no information with regards to warranty until we asked approximately 6 months after installation and when our outside line froze recently we were told that by Scott that we should have insulated it. Not being contractors or being in the heating and plumbing industry, we were unaware of this and asked why this wasn't recommended or mentioned in the first place. The response was, nothing I can do about it now
