During lockdown period, I called ahead the day before to find out the opening hours, as it's the norm that many stores were closed and/or hours were changed or shortened.Very friendly on the call.I arrived intime, waited a bit, the staff got there 5 minutes before opening time and was very helpful!

I loved the different options here that you can choose from, and the lady was kind enough to say check with Canada Post outside in case their rate is much cheaper. There's a variety of services here too like copying and printing, and mailbox services. But most importantly is the owners are helpful and not greedy, I appreciate that

Hours online and at the door say they open at 10am. I was there early and waited until just after 10 and they were still closed. Tried calling, no answer. Waited around for another 5 minutes to see if anyone would open, no luck. There are better ways to waste your time.

Great service, I get my package within seconds of arriving and the staff is friendly. Only downside is the parking. During peak times it’s almost impossible to find a spot to park, I have to end up putting my hazard lights on and illegally parking to go pick up a package.
