I recently bought a condo on the island thanks to Lucas and his optimism!! It ended up not being an easy property to purchase, and I had a few people (other realtors) tell me that I would never get it. I found that even when he referred me to a local agent to make the offer, this Port Moody realtor was still supportive, was available to answer all of my questions, get back to me, translate the terms of my counter offer and subjects, and give me information that I was thinking about asking.I would 100% work with this Port Moody Real Estate Agent again, and recommend him to anyone who is a first-time buyer. Lucas recently sold our family home of 35 years. Needless to say the sale was full of emotion and apprehension on our part. He brought in a professional photographer and staging crew which made our listing pictures look fabulous. Lucas also put together full colour, very professional booklets with pictures and information on our house for prospective buyers to take with them.We were extremely happy with the service Lucas provided to us and have happily recommended him to both friends and family.
