Love both Johanna and Mariella. Very professional and accommodating. Sometimes its not easy hearing the truth, but that's 1 reason why we go to counseling, to help us heal.

Unfortunately I didn’t feel that my therapist, Lisa was the right fit for me and it didn’t appear that she was culturally sensitive or aware. We also spent some time in sessions where she aired her frustrations with the front desk receptionist which wasn’t appropriate. I was also paying more than what Is normal. I’ve since found a culturally aware and trauma informed therapist elsewhere and I’m very happy.

Waited months to talk to Sabrina Golchin because her schedule was so full so I assumed she would be a great therapist. She seems nice but definitely not the right fit for me. She did most of the talking during the session and would continuously cut me off while I was talking. She was talking so much and so fast it made the whole session feel very rushed and stressful.

I saw Johanna Gabel individually when I was 20 for family issues, later to have combined sessions (which was over 10 years ago). She was instrumental to its resolve and many years later I still look back to her words of advice to me. She is extremely empathetic and intuitive, she leads her sessions with positivity, providing logical guidance from her education and experience from a place of non-judgement. 10/10 would recommend

The environment is so welcoming and Mrytle (sweetheart) who manages the front office is a delight. I came into Life in Harmony with an open mind, attended my sessions & started to feel ok. However, was disturbed by the focus on time - therapist starting my session late and finishing 10 minutes early. The sessions were scattered, should've been more organised, therapist promised tools via email which were only delivered until 3 weeks later. Suggest a better system for appointments - leaving a larger window for the next appointment -seemed like they were back to back. A therapist should always provide their full attention and time that is being paid for.

I visited Life in Harmony for the first time recently and I'm very happy that I did. From the first step into their office, to the end of my appointment. Very warm receptionist, who made me feel comfortable, upon arrival and who assisted me earlier, choosing the appropriate therapist for me to meet, on the phone. My first meeting with the Therapist went very well, by the the end of the appointment, we had covered so much, I couldn't believe it!Thank you, thank you!
