This place used to be wonderful. Now they discriminate against customers with allergies. I do not recommend if you have allergies to go as I was told its because we take to much of their time for preparing the ice cream". There is a bowl in back they have for use for this reason but apparently our business is worthless."

So I ordered a marble slab ice cream cake for my son's birthday, I sent a picture stating, I want the cake like this one.. when you say like this one, I expect to get the same as the one that I sent, including the same color. But verey dissapointed.. They gave me a color pick cake instead of green. I understand that they can't make exactly the same decoration as what I want like the picture so they send and alternate picture, but the color???. It ruins my son's birthday. And there's nothing they could do about it. Not even a word of apology.

all the ice cream cones were stale and disgusting and we all feel sick afterwards, and if you're going to buy ice cream here, don't buy it with the cone, just get it in a plain paper bowl

My boyfriend and I walked in around 8PM on Thursday, not so busy. We placed our orders, paid and we walked out. I took a bite and thought to myself, 'this vanilla ice cream tastes funny'. I asked him to try it, turns out it's coconut ice cream. Gross. I ordered vanilla ice cream with butterfingers. He asked me to try his and asked me what I thought it was, I said cheesecake. I asked him what he ordered and he said birthday cake ice cream with raspberries and skor. I don't know why the order was incorrect, it was such an easy order!I've also never seen a Marble Slab franchise weigh their ice cream before adding mix-ins.Don't waste your time coming here.

I think they could be more efficient as there are many staff but some just stand around. However, some are helpful, so I guess it depends.However, the end result was good. Worth the small wait.With that being said, this location is more friendly than others I’ve been too.I’d recommend this place to anyone craving yummy ice cream!

Located in a very nice busy plaza. Loved the summer evening vibes of that plaza. The staff is helpful. tried their willy wonka doible chocolate and vanilla with butterfingers. 10/10

The staff here didn't care for customers. I see no team work. Huge line ups because the there were 5 staff members and none of them wanted to attend the customers. One was filling the cups and spoons, the other was busy with answering phone calls and few others were disappearing in-between cash register and back room . None of them were quick and responsible to attend the customers and clear the line ups. There was a lady, she looked like supervisor or manager but she has no control over her team so she is just poor at management. Owners should look into this. Because it wasn't that busy.

The strawberry ice cream was perfection. The banana split was good but could definitely look better with a little more care. It was a bit busy so it’s fine

Just bought an ice cream cone for my daughter from this location. The cone tasted and smelled stale. Went back in and paid for a new ice cream this time in a cup. Told them that the cones are stale and need replacing. Anyway, really don’t mind paying extra for the second ice cream but this time the cup had a hole in it. Horrible service and questionable quality control. Not going back to this location again.
