Excellent 1st rate service. I only had time to take the vehicle in close to closing time and the crew was accommodating and helped with the tire repair anyways. They even went the extra mile and did more checks on all my tires and provided advice on maintenance for my vehicle. I felt like these guys are honest with me too, which is important when taking your vehicle in somewhere.

The service was absolutely amazing and the price was amazing. Myself and four others got a flat tire in between Merritt and Hope. We called First Rate and they got us in for a change and it was very quick and they were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend. Also Rob was amazing and super kind.

Terrific service by the boys here never disappoint their customers came to them 10 at night and they helped me without making any excuses to avoid helping. Most importantly they didn’t let me go home until the car was safe for the roads. Also checked up with me a week later to see if everything is going well. Definitely recommend you go to them for all your car needs and their prices are low unlike most mechanics that try to rip you off.

These guys saved my day. I had a flat tire on Sunday when all tire shops were closed. I had to get to New West for an important medical appointment.I needed a new tire and these guys came out and opened their shop on a long weekend and installed two new tires for me. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for them. Only charged their regular price for this. No extra for coming out. No doubt I’ll be taking all my tire needs to these awesome people.
