I got my new Rogue yesterday and I am in love with this car! Mehdi was my salesperson and has been amazing, connecting with and accommodating me. I was surprised on my first visit to see a salesperson so committed and genuinely interested to help his customers find the best fit. I am not a new customer of Nissan and I have had very positive experiences both when I got my Kicks and now with Rogue. I am planning to visit again for my husband's car needs.

I used to have 2020 Ghasqai, Last week I went to Nissan to see if I can upgrade my car to a Rouge.Store manager met me in 1 minute and he introduced me to Mr Mehdi.Mehdi is professional and knows his job and has great experience in this field. He asked me some questions and understood what I am looking for and how much I can effort. Then He asked me to do a test drive with Rouge, Midnight. After 2 hours I signed a fair lease agreement and by next week I got my beautiful car.Everything went so smooth and I had a great experience with them. The service department at Newmarket Nissan is a cut above the rest. Aaron, Brianne and Harley were the best. We had an issue with our vehicle that another Nissan was not able to figure out. I called Nissan Canada and the recommended taking the car to Newmarket. What a difference. They were courteous, helped me with my issue and fixed it. Not like the other dealer. I would give 10 stars if possible

Recently purchased a 2023 Rock Creek. Paul Thomas is phenomenal. We felt very comfortable with him throughout the entire process. I went in on Saturday to buy a car and I was lucky enough to be able to purchase one with the help of Paul Thomas! He was amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient and understanding with me and worked around my budget and was able to put me in my perfect car! When I picked it up a few days later the car was beautifully detailed. Paul made the whole process for me very easy and simple. It was a pleasure to have him help me throughout this whole process. Took car in for overheat issues . Was told I had leaking a/c lines. 1700 dollars to fix. Checked there workmanship. Bolts missing...bolts not even close to being tight. Rattling. Disappointed at service and attitude.

Recently got a new qx60 at Newmarket infiniti. Fantastic ride. Excellent service by Brie Stockman. Would recommend the dealership any day! All together a very pleasant experience.
