The Facial Place

Booked a facial with Jenny and my skin feels AMAZING!!! Jenny is professional, friendly and knowledgeable, I felt completely comfortable leaving my face in her care. The products she used smelled fantastic. She has worked there for years and knew about all the treatments they offer, so was able to recommend some treatments to get in the future to treat other concerns. I have already recommended many friends to go see her, and just to visit The Facial Place in general as I know I can put my name on the quality of services they will receive. Thanks again, will be back!

I decided to have a facial and massage as a birthday present. Emily (I believe her name was) did my facial and recommended a better treatment than the one I’d chosen (they all sounded good in the descriptions online it was hard to choose). Though it was a higher cost I could tell she really believed it was a better treatment for my skin and had my best interests in mind for a better result. She thoroughly explained each part of the process and I felt very relaxed in her hands. She also recommended some products to help me create a skincare routine as I am very lost about what to use as there are some many types of skin products available. For my registered massage treatment I again felt completely relaxed and in good hands with the masseuse (I missed her name). She was super nice and sweet and did an amazing job. I didn’t feel self-conscious at any point in time and left feeling very pampered. Thank you very much ladies!

Just had another amazing session with Jenny. She completed a variety of treatments in particular an eyelash tint. She is very thorough and always makes me feel at ease. She is also knowledgeable and provides great suggestions for my skincare.

Excellent massage by Catherine Roe, professional, compassionate and caring.Great service at front desk. Welcomed with a warm cup of tea, but friendly staff.

Catherine is not only a great massage therapist, but she is so kind, compassionate and just makes you feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and has recommended treatment plans that have been so effective. I do have to shout out the staff at the front desk as well! They are always so friendly and welcoming!

Jenny is absolutely amazing. I always love booking my appointments with her when I go to The Facial Place. She does a fantastic job and I always leave feeling so happy and pleased with the final results. I cannot recommend Jenny enough! She is the best!

I have been using services here for the last 8 months and I only have good things to share about my experience. I always ask for Jenny for my facial and pedicure, because she takes care of you in the best possible way. Jenny is also great at recommending possible products good for your skin. She recommended me an exfoliate which helped me get rid of dryness that I was experiencing for 2 years with no possible solution.

I have been coming here for several years and while all the staff are welcoming, professional and phenomenal at what they do…my go-to is Jenny. I often go for manicures and pedicures and she is the warmest, funniest, kindest person (and amazing at what she does).This place is sparkling clean and you’re always offered a beverage. It’s an appointment I always look forward to. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Facial place has a wonderful calm welcoming environment Everyone is so helpful and accommodating Jenny gives an amazing facial She consults with you on .your skin and is very knowledgeable. She has great hands when giving the facial or a head massage. There is a huge difference in my skin since being treated by her. I would highly recommend her and the Facial Place.

Amazing and friendly staff. Linda is seeing me for my monthly facials for over a year now and I can honestly say that my skin transformed. Her knowledge, professionalism and dedication reached far beyond my expectations. They also sell variety of skincare products tailored specifically for each individual person. I would recommend this place to everyone!
