I called this company on short notice and they were able to give me a quote over the phone that was much cheaper then the other quotes I had received. I ultimately decided to hire this company and they were very quick to come and resolve the issue with my tank. The repair person was very polite and even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the tank so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The short notice and quick service will make me use this company again.

Very happy with the service I received from Dan the installer. He was very helpful and friendly and arrived to my home at the exact time they said he would. I appreciated them giving me an accurate quote over the phone as many companies said they needed to see the tank first!

I called this company to get a quote on fixing the water heater in my rental property. I was pretty sure that the tank would need to be completely replaced and I was interested in getting some information on the tankless system. I spoke with the owner who gave me a ton of info on the options available and also sent out a technician to look at the tank instead of just assuming it needed to be replaced. A very honest company that I would definitely use again! After considering all my options I didn't go with the tankless" system and I appreciated having the pros and cons explained to me instead of just selling the product they make the most money on."

I called Mr. Water Heater and spoke with Doug who told me to have $300 on hand for when the plumber (Dan) arrives as that is the maximum the repair could cost me assuming the tank doesn't need replacing. For a burner assembly part (typically around $80 from Canadian suppliers for this exact model) and one hour of labour, the invoice came out to $298.20. Coincidence? I think not. Given the sequence of events, one can only assume the lack of integrity runs from the top-down.
