I find insurance to be hard and weird and complicated - but Shayla at Westland Insurance listened to what I needed, figured out the best course of action for me, and flew through all those forms faster than the naked eye can follow! Shayla made the process easy, the conversation relaxed, and the whole experience worth repeating - next year I guess!

Great experience with Juliana, she is very knowledgeable and super helpful, with a very friendly and positive attitude. She even emailed after I had left to answer a question about my vehicle insurance policy as I was in today to purchase a travel insurance plan. I forgot to ask her again and she remembered and reached out to me before I had a chance to try to figure it out myself.

Shayla Somers helped me rearrange my auto insurance after I’d sold and bought a new car. Totally stress free experience! Shayla was very professional and focused, presenting me with the various options and making it easy for me to find the most cost effective choice. In addition, she answered several questions I had about the value of my car and more. I also learned there is a policy out on that provides for replacement cost on the vehicle.All in all, Shayla provided me a very informed and stress-free experience. My thanks!
