Portions are big and more than enough for one person. I ordered Egg Benedict Soufflé Pancake w/ Bacon Strips I didn't really like it because the crispy bacon tasted like burnt bacon and it was sweet,everything in my plate was tasting sweet. We also ordered Nutella & Caramelized Banana Soufflé Pancake which was good with some hot chocolate and mi-so cheesy . We didn't like the mi so cheesy either . Also, we felt rushed because they told us we are only allowed to seat there for 1 hr and they brought the order 20 to 25 mins after we ordered so we had to eat fast. Not a easy thing if you have a toddler with you .

I got a rose latte and their eggs benedict pancake with bacon.Rose latte-I thought it would be milk with rose syrup (like strawberry latte) but it was actually coffee latte with rose flavor. I can say I'm happily surprised, it was very good!Pancake-The pancakes were nice, airy and fluffy. Poached eggs were also perfectly runny-but people are correct about the lack of seasoning. It's mild yet acceptable to me but I see many people would consider it bland. Especially when you eat very savory bacon strips/smoke salmons together.The side salad- dressing was drizzled on top, not tossed. That needs improvement but maybe that's just the style. Leaves were normal supermarket salad pack.

I love the pancakes here!! They're a bit pricier than other places that do souffle pancakes but they put a lot of care into their dishes to make sure they're quality. The dark chocolate and Nutella/banana (not pictured) are my favourites.

Had three flavours - the matcha, Sakura, and easter special. The pancakes are so fluffy and light. Perfect and “not too sweet” which is the best compliment I could give! Highly recommend.

I would call ahead to make a reservation. This cafe is quite small and very busy. The food is presently beautifully and is good. It is well worth the wait.

We were the first group to the cafe at 11 am. We didn't make a reservation, so they sent us to the bar seating without letting us sit at the table. The second group came in and didn't make a reservation, and they were sitted at the table. Why not FCFS? That's not good customer service. The food was just okay. Shouldn't mixed green be kept at a refrigerator? But mine was room temperature. Mango hojicha iced tea didn't taste any mango flavor. Pancakes were soft and fluffy. Will not go again.

Japanese style souffle pancakes, with some incredible flavor combinations.We had the tiramisu pancakes and the Nutella banana pancakes, which were both brilliant. The tiramisu pancakes came with an amazing cream, coffee powder, espresso ice cream and a stack of 3 souffle pancakes which were the highlight of the dish. The coffee syrup served with the pancakes could be thicker, so it could actually coat the pancakes rather than rolling off them, which is my only suggestion.We loved a lot of things about this experience, including the service. If the location of this branch was closer to a skytrain station and if we could get a seat in the morning instead of the afternoon, we would come here much more often.Still highly recommended.
