Love the salon very clean and friendly staff! Sophia did my nails she’s so sweet and does an amazing job! But I’m always satisfied with whoever does my nails.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon and I regret giving it a try. I would rate it 1 star. The manicure and pedicure they provided were done very poorly. Not only did I end up bleeding, but they also caused me a lot of pain. It was frustrating to have to repeatedly ask them to shape my nails correctly. On top of that, I was shocked to find out that the price for the pedicure and manicure was a total of $140, despite receiving the same service as before. The inconsistent pricing was highly frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this nail salon.

The best nail in Montreal , they can do any design you show from picture .. services , quality beyond expectation. Love !!

The service they provided was great. I was travelling montreal and the spa was right opposite to my hotel. The tech did everything right by trimming cuticles and doing color of my satisfaction. The point of disappointment was when i came upfront to pay after my service, and i was paying via cash the tech was really eager to get paid everything i had in my bag. I didn't have enough and told them to wait while my husband gets cash, they pressurized me to use their atm machine in their store which had an extra fee that I didn't want to use. I was about to leave when the owner/ another tech upfront asked me to pay for the tip as I was wrong not to pay the tip for tech. And whatever remaining change i had in my hand the tech snatched it assuming it was her tip. I panicked and left. I had already paid 42$ for a shellac service. Plus the tip. I wouldn't recommend.

They charged me $15 for a basic underarm wax when it was clearly written on their brochure that it was only $10. When I asked why it was more, they said that the brochure is not up to date with new" prices and then the receptionist and manager started to speak in their language in front of me. The receptionist said that the manager told her that now underarm wax is $15 all of a sudden and not $10!! Suspicious behavior.. they are charging more than expected to steal people's money!! I don’t leave reviews often, but I wanted to try out this salon since i saw so many good reviews. I am a person who struggles to speak up for themselves, and when i did, the lady made me feel wrong for doing so. The lady that did my nails was very difficult, i came with a picture and wanted slightly different colors than pictured. The lady that did my nails kept telling me what i wanted when i asked for different color she kept telling me that wouldn’t look nice or I shouldnt do it (in a rude way) and acted like everything i said was an issue and was kind of petty when i went against her word. Needless to say, she made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, the end result is okay but its nothing of what i wanted and i will not be coming back.

I asked for almond nails but the shape is not nice, some of my nails are shorter and it’s more of a stiletto shape that I got, the polish is super messy and around the corners of my nail. I showed a picture of the specific nails I wanted, unfortunately they look nothing like the picture. She was also quite mean to me, when I asked for a different base colour as the one she picked was too white (I wanted a neutral cream colour as base) I noticed she got angry and say something in her language. When I went to pay I asked to pay cash which is 70$+tip, she tried to make me pay 85$+tip and I had to explain to her why it’s not 85, it was weird and felt like they were trying to overcharge me!I really had a bad experience I don’t think I’ll go here again.

Went there on tuesday this week for a full pose of Bio-Gel and a pedicure shellac. On their website, it estimated the full service to 95$ + tip but it finally cost me 140$ (i only got a plain colour) and they are already falling off (4 days later) without me knocking them. The color is also fading out somehow. Will not be a repeat for me.
