As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and my dry cleaning concerns were handled with care from start to finish. Chatting with the reception I came to find they are a family run business, which became evident from the pride they take in their work. My clothes came out better than anticipated. I have been coming to these cleaners after the pandemic and the lady that does alterations is actually very good. I got my suit jacket and pants altered and it was the perfect fit. Prices are reasonable too and the owners are very caring and polite towards their customers.

Very bad service, the owner and her husband have very bad attitude towards some people and I don't know why!. I asked for alterations and she gave me a price. In my opinion the price was high and I tried in a very decent way to ask her if she can make it a little bit lower, I told her 40 $ instead of 45$ as the dress I got is much cheaper than the alterations, she didn't like what I said, I mentioned to her that it was only a suggestion and I agree to her price anyways. I kindly asked her to be more patient with the clients.and she started threatening me with the cameras she has in the place, her husband also told me that they will not do alterations for my dress even if I agreed on their price, and now she is lying saying that I walked out because I didn't like the price they offered and they kicked me out of the store. the evidence was the camera and a lady standing behind me. I hope she can show everyone coming to her store the cameras, but she won't , the clients themselves will discover the very bad attitude the owner and her husband were talking to me. My advice is don't waste your time going this place . There's so much discrimination towards some people especially Arabs .
