I've been really impressed by the service I've received from ServPro. I'd tried to find someone to look at a leak in our basement for weeks and was surprised at how unresponsive many service providers were, but I received an email and a call back from ServPro within an hour of my initial enquiry. They came and took a look at the issue a day or two later, provided a quote that they stuck to, and did the work needed within the week.I've referred other people to them already, as finding good service can be challenging. They are now my first go-to resource for any work that needs to be done inside the house - awesome company!

Raymond has helped me out with a few remediation situations. They are quick and thorough. All my clients and tenants have had good things to say. They’ve even requested that they are the company to call when there’s a problem. They provide detailed pictures and follow through. I’ve met several people in management and they have all been kind and helpful. I’d recommend them hands down!

We had two sewer backups. Servpro help us with both. It was a biohazard and they were on top of it. They also pointed out a mold problem that had developed and cleaned that up. Excellent service.

Used Servpro to install laminate flooring for my 500 sq ft unit condo. Project manager told me it should take 1.5 weeks to complete, fine, go ahead, but it took 1 YEAR!!! still not complete!!!! and there are still outstanding issue that they never fix, they never rely my phone call, email or text message. Think twice if you plan to use this company. I WILL NEVER ever use this again!

I tried to get a quote for remediation and had to follow up twice to confirm one was being written. It's been 2 weeks since the initial inspection and I've heard nothing.Edit: On the third week and still nothing.

There was some confusion from the drainage company that referred ServPro to me, but the technician sorted it out at no additional charge. They went above and beyond to clean my septic/sump system. Highly recommend ServPro Calgary.

Our father passed away in his home and we needed Servpro to provide us with restoration services. We had a big mess to clean up as well as frozen pipes to deal with and Scott with Servpro was amazing to us. He handled everything so we didn't have to. He was kind and quick and my sister and I really appreciated how great he was to us in our time of need.

We reached out the end of 2022. I received a fast response to the issue we needed taking care of. The crew came out they were very professional. I was so happy with the crew and company that We called again for another job we needed taken care of. Again the crew was amazing and the office folks were so easy to deal with.
