Premium company with excellent customer service. Spoke with a couple of representatives, (one named Katie), who was most courteous and informative. Well done! The quality of the product is unmatched. Save your time and go to BYB's website to order the Black Garden Soil, which is perfect every year. No need to go to box stores and buy several plastic bags of mediocre soil then breaking your back dragging them out of your vehicle. Paying for this customer service, quality product, time, and labor is an easy decision. You don't need to sell something that sells itself. Good job BYB!

we recently ordered a bag of the black garden soil. delivery was quick and the driver unloaded the bag in the area we indicated. the garden soil itself looks great, rich, black colour. excited to see how our gardens do this year. we've always had good results in the past and expecting more of the same this year. great company, professional service and excellent products. our two neighbours are also going to be ordering this product for their gardens.

Bags are a good price, delivery was on time, I got emails before and after delivery. Dirt seems like it's a great quality, oddly enough was impressed with the design of the bag. Now I'm just regretting the fact that I do not own a wheelbarrow!Literally the only thing I could think of to improve the service is just having a better system for choosing where the bags go. Was out of town the week of my delivery, and the tape I used to mark the spot blew away. My fault but having a multi-choice selector on the site when purchasing might have made it better.

The big yellow bag arrived in a couple of days, The soil was clump free and very manageable to work with. I was surprised how quickly I was able to get the soil moved to my gardens. I will definitely order another bag for future projects.
