Staff doesn't know how to count money. Staff is not aware of their own in store specials. Couldn't ring it in. Didn't know what to do. Staff DOES NOT clean the store! Saw the same napkin in the front entrance 3 days in a row. Told them about it, then they cleaned it up. Now, same sticky substance under one of the tables for the past 2 days. Staff speak a different language amongst themselves which is disrespectful!Hate to know what the food surfaces are like. GROSS!

Worst Tim Hortons in Sarnia. Once again a long wait for my order to be incorrect. When I called the location to inform them I spoke with a very rude and unprofessional employee who didn’t care what so ever!

I believe her name is amrminder i definitely spelt it wrong. However she is a top notch employee that always gets orders right even when i make them very difficult. When looking to promote someone or give a raise she deserves it, she is the best tims employee ive ever met

I have ALWAYS had exceptional service at this Tim Hortons! Earlier this evening I was served by a young lady who presented awesome customer service (I believe her name was Mila). I can truly say that tonight, just like every other visit to this location, the employees were very personable, polite & patient when taking my order. I always leave this location in good spirits. Thank you Colborne Road Tim Hortons staff for your consistent positive customer service!

My order is always right and tastes great. All the staff are super nice and they get to know their customers and chat with them. Even in the drive thru the order taker and the person at the window are always polite. Love this Tims.

I don't remember a time I've had my order done correctly, the staff seems very overwhelmed and under trained. They can't even get a skip order done correctly.Either retrain your staff, fire them and hire staff who can do the job, or find new management.

This Tim Horton was filthy....tables were not cleaned off ...chairs covered in crumbs etc...floors under tables were disgusting..garbage cans outside full...I talked to Asst. mgr and he wasn't too concerned..there was 4-5 people on staff and some not busy...there was even cobwebs! We had to clean our table to sit down....so dirty

This location was a little on the busy side today at 5:00 pm. Drive through was lined up around the building however the service was quick, it only took me a couple of minutes to get through. Ordered a coffee and sandwich. The order was exact and the server was courteous. It appeared that there was no one seated inside, maybe next time I'll just walk in.
