Mark Gruszczynski is an amazing immigration lawyer. There are obviously needs for improvement in his client relation abilities. Also, obviously he cant make immigration miracles happen if the law does not permit.

I made worst mistake in my life by believing Mark GRUSZCZYNSK and his office staff Janet and this law firm. From my experience Mr. Mark j gruszczynski is big liar and cheater. He lied every single time and promised positive PR application and LMO application. After few months his office staff Janet pedroza who I found ignorant and has no idea about any immigration rules advised me to apply for fake refugee case and she/ Mark gruszczynski told me to come up with fake family dispute story which they will put in PIF for refugee. Very first day in his office he took $4000 and said they will review case and follow up but I never got any response from his office until I called them. I can positively say GRUSZCZYNSKI, ROMOFF is the most unprofessional , dishonest and worst law firm in Canada. They are all fraud , as soon as they will get your money they will forget about case. Mark J GRUSZCZYNSKI is fraud and cheater.Later on a reliable and honest Law firm in down town Toronto fixed my case. Never ever take any service from this law firm GRUSZCZYNSKI, ROMOFF

Met with mark Gruszczynski 2 years back at his office in montreal through my friend who wanted to get work permit . He met mark through an fraud agent from toronto. Mark Gruszczynski took them to US border and told them some type of false story what to say if canadian border offcial ask why they are here and at border and they will be getting their work permit at border.In my case I met Mark Gruszczynski and Janet pedroza his office assistance who is not a lawyer and has no idea about any immigration law at all. After some discussion they came up and advised me to apply for refugee in Canada and find a false family dispute story.When I mentioned I've no family issue then these all fraud specialist advise me cook up fake story and they will modify and put that in PIF as part of refugee claim. They assured after that they will do work permit and withdraw refugee case, which is a complete lie (*once you withdraw refugee case you need to leave the country..)... *** Everyone in this law firm is liar. Mark Gruszczynski also asked $5000 for this bogus refugee claim. Never go to this garbage immigration law firm if you are seriously looking for a good immigration lawyer. You will loose you money and valuable time and at the end your application will fail. Their names are in black list. the most unprofessional law firm
