Have always had great service. Today the women serving could not communicate and understand what I was asking for. I asked for an item I have ordered many times and came away with something I didn't want because they didntdidn't understand me. Waste of money. I will not go to this location again. Not the usual servers.didn'tunderstand me.

Really really disappointing, petty and rude.As a local customer I came here to treat my kids. I even ordered a cake and found it was pretty lackluster service. What takes the cake (literally) is that I recently came in to treat my son to 2 kid scoops in a waffle cone. Came up to $8.00. (Really?) Despite this I went ahead with the purchase and I found out at the cash register that my Credit Union literally had a network failure and I could not withdraw funds. When I come back to apologize for the issue with my bank, the woman at the counter moans to me how I've wasted her ice cream! (Really!?) The tiny balls of ice cream less than 4 oz each and made waffle cone cost what $1.00 at most to produce? Neither my son or I touched the product or contaminated them in any way. Its simply poor behaviour to whine about wasted" product to a customer for a situation that is out of their control.Frankly I'd rather buy a tub of Kawartha's Ice Cream (Less than the cost of $8.00 kids ice cream!) for much more affordable pricing

I had a custom made ice cream cake made and it was amazing! Looked beautiful and was delicious, everyone loved the cake. Geeta was really very helpful and polite throughout the process and she made sure the cake was just as we wanted. Would definitely use their services again without a doubt

We were at this place on a long weekend and it was reasonably busy. My five year old son asked the staff to get him a particular flavour of ice cream and just before they were to place a scoop in his cone, he changed his mind and requested another flavour instead. The staff showed no sign of displeasure at this and was happy to provide him the flavour of his choice despite of having a busy day. I appreciate their consistent and friendly customer service even during peak business times.

Baskin and robbins ice cream tastes the same at every location: what makes a difference is the staff that you deal with. This location is a bit on and off. There were times I was unhappy with the slow and indifferent service, other times I was amazed by the great service. A little thing that was especially memorable is they didnt charge for a replacement scoop when my son dropped his ice cream. That was nice of them.

I always get cakes from here for different ocassions and have never been disappointed with their service as they always take care of me. They have also managed to make me a large cake in very short notice which no other place was ready to do. This place is awesome!!!

I love this branch of Baskin Robins. Never overly packed. Very curteous staff and very helpful in choosing. It my go to place to bring ice cream for young, or my elderly friends.

We went in for an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. They prepared a lovely cake with an image of Squidward (from SpongeBob Squarepants). The colours and likeness were perfect and the ice cream very nice, too. The lady who did the work was very specific about her attention to details. I would highly recommend this outlet to anyone. Remember the grape-flavoured ice cream next summer! Thanks, again.

When I came in, there was nobody in the shop. My daughter didn’t know what to get. The service was excellent and he helped us decide what to get. He made us a delicious sundae. (Wish I knew his name)

My daughter just recently left this location. There is no in-depth training, manager leaves the employees on their own, and then goes home and watches them on the store camera.It took forever to get her first paycheque and to this day (over a month after leaving) she has still not received her last pay or payment for the $75 uniform she paid for and returned. My daughter felt belittled and very frustrated while working there and quit without notice. The manager has told her that because of this she may owe him money!!! He has said his accountant will contact her, which still has not happened. I personally believe this is what he does to get free labour as I have read other comments stating the same thing.Shame on him for abusing the teens that want to work. Will NOT purchase from this or any other Baskin Robbins if this is how their franchise owners behave.
