I am not really one for reviews as I never know what to say, BUT, I had to write a review on Jack! Jack was a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and his expertise made the process smooth and easy to understand. Jack took the time to get to know me and find the perfect home. His company is a bonus too! You will never go wrong with using Jack.

Jack was absolutely fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond in negotiating my first home purchase and got me exactly what I was looking for at an even better price than I had hoped was possible. The flurry of things to do once an offer was accepted might have been overwhelming, but Jack helped me through the process and was able to connect me with inspectors, a mortgage broker, a lawyer, and he gave really good advice on a company to contact to look through the strata documents and make sure everything was financially sound. I went from touring only the third place I had seen in person, to making my first offer, to having the offer accepted and moving into that home all in just over six weeks! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience throughout, I highly recommend Jack if you are looking for someone to negotiate a great deal and help guide you through all the steps of buying a home.
