Today we made a very bad decision to have our lunch at this place. The behavior of the staff towards us was very disappointing. The staff (a guy) who took our order (around 12:11 pm, June 5, 2022) had this look of discontent from the start. Later when the order was ready, we asked for some ketchup, the same guy (staff) said its on the table. We then asked for some tissues, then all of a sudden, he pointed towards the table, in a condescending way, saying ITS THERE! ITS ON THE TABLE!!"Wow! We never got so humiliated at any restaurant before. I hope this guy felt better after showing such despicable behavior. This will be last time we will ever enter Dairy Queen!"

Ordered and paid for a triple flamethrower combo and got a double burger that tasted like it was 3 days old.Will definitely never spend another cent at any Dairy Queen anywhereWould give 0 stars if possible

We ordered two small sundaes and they were super tiny. As in half the size you get in Calgary. I asked about this and she shrugged and turned away. Very rude and dismissive. Also the toilets in the restroom didn’t work. Sooo needless to say, we will never stop there again.

I ordered chicken bites but the front cashier giving me chicken strips, then i complain why i got chicken strips, i order chicken bites but the cashier she said to me,. Thats your order chicken bites. You have to listen to the costumer what they want to order before you selected to the computer, and later on one of the staff said to me ok i we can replaced it, that’s why I don’t replace it because i need to wait again..if there is 0 rate i will do it…

I visited several DQ stores but this store has different feeling. I love their Scrumptious blizzards and Cakes. Staff is very very cooperative. I love poutine and pumpkin pie the most. I recommend everyone to visit this store. Owner is so humble and working staff is so user friendly.All in all, I get wonderful feeling whenever I visit this store. This experience makes me to visit again and again to this DQ store.

This DQ is our favorite in all of Alberta! Always great service and the food quality is above other franchises we’ve been to. Yesterday, we stopped for lunch and treats. Here’s a photo of the medium blizzards we got… notice the ice cream is *above* the cup edge!! Awesome!
