Never able to get service, waited 2 times 20 minutes (random trips) and each time the sales rep were busy talking together. When u ask them for a size they tell you one sec and never end up coming to see you . Sadly I took the model number and will order online the items

Tried to sell me used moon boots twice. They don’t even verify the shoes before selling them to customers. Over 500$ lol

The quality and the choices are good but the staff members need to be more careful. The lady wasnt proactive for a Monday night within one client for 3 employees.

The manager Max was awesome. Extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He guided us so well that we ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, no sales tactics or pushiness just great service with care for helping the customer! Highly recommend!
