Walmart Supercentre

A nice Walmart in St Dorothée. They usually have everything you need and the staff are nice. And I love the two huge self checkout station that made the checkout process so much faster. It also has a McDonald inside

So I went to buy some soup that said 67 cents each on sale and when I had gotten to the self checkout they were nearly triple the price. When I asked for help and explained the situation, this little indian lady was basically calling me a liar telling me I was wrong even though me and my wife both saw the price. I don’t leave negative reviews or reviews at all for that matter but I was honestly so disappointed and upset that I felt the need to leave this review. I also feel like they need better or more staff aswell because I have trouble speaking to the women that work there as most of them can hardly speak in french and know absolutely zero English.

Awful experience dealing with Nathalie Boutin (the pharmacy owner) the other night when I attempted to request a refund for an on the shelf facial cleanser I had purchased 2 days earlier.(Septo) The cleanser was unsuitable for my skin type and emanated a pungent scent. I found Mrs Boutin to be rude, belligerent, frustrated and it soon became clear she had no regard for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, the Walmart store Manager was more understanding and overrode the decision and refunded the item.

I had ordered groceries online to pick up tonight between 7-8 pm but because of the power outage in Qc, it wasn't a good idea for me to pick up my order because many of my items needed to be refrigerated and I had no electricity. The general Walmart customer service couldn't help me but told me to contact the store directly. Called the store and was immediately reassured by the grocery advisor who told me that I could pick up my order the next day so they could keep my products refrigerated until then. He took my name and it was as simple as that. Thank you !

Nice big super center. Has everything you need the self checkout can be complicated and understaffed. You have to be careful of the giftcards and charge cards they may not activate.Plenty of parking and located arround convienant outlets and restos. This walmart has a full backery and veggie section. Easily accessible by the Autoroute 13 from samson or notre dame exits.

This Walmart Supercentre is one of the best Walmart locations I've ever been to! The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I love the wide variety of merchandise that this store carries, and the prices are always fair. I highly recommend this Walmart Supercentre to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

One of the manager is racist, she will stare you down at the self checkout (only if you are coloured). She is also very awful looking. And her other fat white coworker doesn't do much either, both are useless and pathetic human beings. It's best if you guys quit or find a new job.

I felt discriminated by 2 different multicultural employees. One in the scanning section and the other one at the exit door. I bought a lot of things and the lady staff at the scanning zone STARED AT AND ONLY ME every second from my first to my last scanned items!! She went behind me and did this not even looking at other customers who were also scanning many items! To add into my frustration, I was exiting the store when I asked by another female employee at the exit door to show my receipt when I clearly saw her not asked the customers before me!! THIS IS DISCRIMINATION. Is it my appearance, my ethnicity, buying or should I say stealing a lot of stuffs in their brains?!?!This is ridiculous, TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO WATCH EVERYONE INSTEAD OF EYEING ON PERSON ONLY if you want them to do their job properly. I don’t mind being watched but being the ONLY ONE stared at and receipt checked is extremely offensive! You crossed the line and I don’t think I want to come to this Walmart again for this unpleasant experience!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! It’s not the first time I am having issues with this location. First time, the floor was wet and my child fell and hurt himself. The manager didn’t even say sorry, instead raised his voice at me. Didn’t offer any help to my son who could not stop crying from pain. This time I was refused in the product return because the box has been opened. Hello, nowhere in the world it would be a reason for not accepting a rerun. The product was not used or damaged and 14-day time for return was respected. I will complain to the higher management of this retail chain.
