I visited Toronto and searched for places to buy maple syrup different than the touristy ones that look too processed etc (the store has many other products that look amazing! Not only maple syrup), and found this store with authentic maple syrup at a “local” neighborhood.Julia is very knowledgeable and passionate about her products. She let us try 3 different kind of maple syrups (which are very, very different and I had no idea why), and they all taste delicious, but the very dark syrup was my favorite.Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic/non-processed products!

Such an amazing collection of foods!I’ve tried their pickled milkweed before and it was so cool to enjoy eating something I’ve seen everywhere in Ontario throughout my childhood.Coming to this storefront there are so many interesting foods you won’t find anywhere else, and it’s all local to Canada. They have more recognizable food like strawberry jams and maple syrup but I definitely recommend trying something new too :-)The employee who greeted me was incredibly helpful in going through the flavours and sourcing of the products and helped me pick an amazing selection as a gift. Thank you!

I found this store while searching for Sea Truffle to complete a recipe. Full of interesting unique products, I also picked up some Sea Asparagus while there. Store is full of high quality wild foods: fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, teas, nuts and exotic dry goods.

Purchased some Morel mushrooms, birch syrup and rose syrup. Great quality and delicious! The store owner was very helpful and sweet to talk with. Lots of great finds here!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND (visited on 04/26/2022).Rustic little (but well-stocked) store selling local Ontario products.Speaking French, I had the chance to be advised and served in French by a friendly and experienced Quebecer, who cared about my needs (who also spoke English very well ahah).The prices, I think, tend to be a bit more expensive than in big stores, but reflect the quality and the short circuit of Ontario products.A small gold mine, which offers some organic products.You can make your choice of products beforehand on their website.A store that makes you want to eat local and cook even more. :)

A Great place with such a wild variety of Wild exotic foods extremely rare and carefully handpicked. Will be visiting again and sharing with others.

Forbes and his team are knowledgeable, compassionate and helping to drive the sales and production of smaller known local ingredients into the limelight. We love their wildflower honey, birch syrup, PAWPAW's & Mushrooms; they are all incredible products! Keep up the great work and fantastic customer service!
