I was extremely concerned when I came out to my vehicle and both my front windows were down. I had an appointment booked for the next day. Dissapointly, however, after the first service I experienced the same problem (but by this time it had snowed!). Fotuntately, as before, I was able to get my appointment for the next day. This time, no further problems. Very pleased! :-)

I will never take a vehicle ANYWHERE except R.M. AutoTech from now on.Ray and his family/team are not only extremely nice & friendly, but they are absolute wizards with my vehicle and get things done at light speed.He's accommodated all of my crazy custom requests and is happy to answer all my questions and educate me along the way.Maybe I've just had bad luck with other mechanics, but I've never had an experience like I've had with R.M. AutoTech. Not even close.Thank you Ray and the whole team!

Nice and friendly as long as you don't have to go back for follow up. Then the excuses and reasons why they are right and you are wrong rear their ugly head. Would not bring them any automotive or electrical issues to them again as the work was very pricey and they did not stand behind their work. Very disappointed and had to take my vehicle somewhere else to complete and repair their work and get a proper diagnosis. Perhaps they are ok with car starters (don't know and would not trust them again with my vehicles) but if you have transmission electrical issues, oh boy look elsewhere. Would not recommend to a friend.

Went to them about 3 years ago for a remote start system. Competitive price. Great work. Excellent service. Just had to revisit them for a small issue. Their after-sales support is just as good. Highly recommend.
