I have experienced some of the best and most professional customer service in my entire life as a customer with Temiskaming Self Storage.The units and property are very clean and organized. The renting process was very easy and efficient to set up, and I was able to be accommodated on short notice for a moving emergency I had. The owner is fantastic to work with. Extremely polite and professional. Very understanding and responds to enquiries quickly.I am very pleased with not only how well I was treated, but also with the security and peace of mind I felt having my personal belongings stored here. With the property being gated and under surveillance I was not worried about my property at all.Pay rates are fair, and moving my stuff out of the rental unit was a smooth and easy process. Easily a 10/10 experience for me and one of the best businesses I have dealt with.
