Unprofessional ,untrustworthy & undependableHad a quote done Nov.2021. Person good enough to show up and quote on a steel building walls for sure a small chance the ceiling spray foam.It was made clear to the individual that there would be a chance that the owner would do the ceiling on their own blown in insulation only leaving the walls to be done. There seemed to be no issue with this and quotes were done. The individual from Bask ( owner ) pointed out that the building should only be done in warmer weather in following summer and I agreed. We could schedule at the beginning of summer.So I contacted Bask early summer to schedule and advised that I had done the ceiling on my own. I was told by reception that as soon as the quote was done there was and increase in 15% and than another increase of 15 % more recently and they would have to requote. I said that was fine and wound wait for the quote and schedule with them when they were available. At the same time being told that the third week or May.2022. was open presently and also starting June .2022. But after waiting for a bit I called in again but was told the owner would not requote or would not do the job siting being booked. I was willing to work with their schedule. But initially was told by the person that they would do the job. Also when I called in 2022 early summer they had spaces to do the work. Every company has the right to look at their bottom line.Bask portrays themselves as being family friendly etc.From my personal experience with this company they are not professional or trustworthy. The only thing that seems to count is the money they can make in total. No regard for people at all.

Have gotten to know the owners and had them install some drywall - most reliable people in the business. Highly recommend speaking with Simone and Blair.

Definitely would not recommend using this company as to their drywall. Job was very horrid. Popped/missed screws as well everywhere does not know how to hang drywall very unprofessional. He done left a very big mess around the job site rooms left unfinished as well. 10 out of 10 would never recommend this company to anybody definitely not in million dollar homes that are being built around Muskoka and surrounding areas stick to insulation

Bask did a fantastic spray foam job for my crawl space. The crew is super nice and friendly. They were in and out like a flash and will be getting them again. I would highly recommend for insulation!

We couldn't be more satisfied! The crew worked in very tight quarters to remove old insulation and then add spray foam insulation between the joists under our cottage. It was done in one day, and they kept all adjoining areas clean.Thank you for a job very well done!
