I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This is a turn-key second home in a pinch with no issues, no surprises - just a welcoming and incredibly helpful owner who goes above and beyond anything I've encountered. I stayed for 6 months in Suite 1B. Well decorated, excellent soundproofing as I would have my children over regularly who enjoyed running around and being kids. I also should mention that Jo Ann upon hearing that I was going to be having the girl's sleepover - immediately provided additional plastic cups and plates (perfect for little ones!) bedding, a large air mattress, you name it - she had it and these are the touch points that define what a true short-med term rental is about - truly treated as a guest. Thanks again Jo Ann!

I stayed in unit 2 for about 4 months, and even though I was very far from home I felt like I was at home at J Switzer properties. The best hospitality I have experienced at a rental, Jo Ann is always available to help and give suggestions on what to do and see while you're Hanover. The apartment comes furnished, with more than enough kitchen supplies, and enough basic necessities and cleaning supplies to get you adjusted while you move in. The bathroom was probably my favourite part of the unit, very spacious. The best way to describe the space is cozy, with some hints of modern design. For a furnished space with amazing hospitality and included utilities the price is also amazing. Would highly recommend!

An amazing, convenient place to say in Hanover. The unit was comfortable, stylish, and functional. It included all the sundries I needed and more. Jo Ann is an excellent host and always very friendly and informative. Would recommend for anyone staying in Hanover.

I have stayed in these apartments for 3 months. A wonderful cozy, feel at home experience. Jo personally takes care of all your needs since you move in. Apartments are well equipped with all accessories that includes TV, kitchen, AC, heater, tub etc. If you are planning for Hanover, this should be your first choice.

My husband and I stayed in unit 5 for a few months while we were waiting for our house to be built. We had everything in the unit we needed from a full kitchen which was even stocked for a first morning stay which was wonderful to a full bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There was so much thought that went into making us comfortable. The quality of the unit was outstanding. We had a nice porch with a bbq to sit out on. Hanover is a very welcoming community and we were within walking distance to many stores and parks.

I just checked out from an extended stay here. The property is really great. The unit was clean and bright - not like dingy hotel rooms. The full kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Jo Ann is a delight to deal with, from suggesting local places to eat to sending you tidbits of info during your stay. I highly recommend Jo Ann's place. It was great to work a long hard day and go back to a place that felt like home at the end of the day.

We stayed at one of Jo’s beautiful apartments through Airbnb for a month, it was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in, Jo pays so much attention to details and make sure you’ll not need anything during your stay, even things you might not think about. The place was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Communication was very good , she replies within few mins.Definitely will stay again here!

JoAnn is an excellent host who takes pride in her property. During my lengthy time there I had a chance to stay in 3 different units. Each unit was comfortable, well-maintained, and well-equipped. The property itself is in the heart of Hanover with amenities all just minutes away. I definitely recommend J Switzer Properties to anyone looking for short-term or extended stays in Hanover.

This was my second stay at the Switzer properties for the months of April and May. Again Joannes units are outstanding the cleanliness is superior. Wonderful decors top grade, everything you need for your stay. Joanne is a wonderful host always close by in case you need something or even touch base with you to make sure that you are enjoying and having a comfortable stay. Definitely my go to when I’m in the area.

We are full time RV'rs, with the covid issues to travel, we were lucky to have found JoAnn's short term all inclusive short term rentals.Our stay last winter was the best.We were so comfy in our studio apartment,unit#1B with its updated modern decor which was bright,clean,warm + very roomyThankyou JoAnn for your super hospitality.You,at J Switzer Properties is #1 in our books.
