Wonderland Kids Indoor Play Center

This place is completely unorganized and the gentleman working up at the front are so rude. The room was available and ready to use but he wouldn’t let us in after another person working there let us get in and set up early. We had to turn around and leave the play place only to return and be told to wait until another given time. I definitely would not recommend it.

We happened to pop in while driving by the place. The lovely, friendly front desk staff was so nice and helpful! She made me feel welcome with my little ones. This was on Monday 7/26 around 3pm for reference for management. I'm not sure what the staff member's name was, but she was wonderful.

Great play space, poor food policy.In terms of the play area itself, no complaints. The space is quite large and my almost 3-year-old had a great time running around. However, when it comes to their food restraints it's like they were made by someone who does not have kids. No outside food is allowed, and they do not have anywhere on the premise to order food from. While you can order larger food items such as pizza or fish and chips, this still needs to brought in from other vendors and takes time. When you have a toddler snacks are a way of life, so not being able to bring these in is extremely inconvenient. Many parents did bring snacks but were discreet so as not to get chastised. Because of this I will be sticking to a play centre closer to home (Morgan Play Center), where the staff is much more in tune with these basic needs of the kids and parents.

The park is great and the kids love it.Only complaint is that the staff would not allow me and my children to wear shoes in the bathroom. This has to be some sort of health and safety code violation. I don’t care how often it is cleaned. When there are that many children running around there will be urine and fecal matter on the ground.I wore my shoes anyway.

Great play space, tidy, quite hot though and you can't bring anything to eat or drink except water bottles. Wish we could bring our own food for picnics. Also, do not forget socks, even caregivers must wear socks. Prices are comparable with other places.

Good playground for children 4 and over. Not suitable for younger kids. Also, they won't allow any outside food. They sell junk foods inside. I am not gonna feed my child processed foods full of sugars and chemicals. I should be allowed to bring my own food for my child.Edit: Yes I saw the toddler area in the back but it was too small for the number of children and it didn't have more than 2-3 toys.

Quite a large indoor gym/maze with lots to climb, many slides and tunnels. Everything was padded and seemed pretty safe. The place was relatively clean. There's a separate area with a ball pit and a spider wall"

Visit there with my son. Decent price with one adult free per child. Everyone wears socks so the ground is super clean. Not crowded. Definitely will be back again!

Fun little place. Price is good. Kinda stinks adults have to pay just to go sit, but that seems to be the norm. Only real complaint I have is you cant wear shoes into the bathrooms. There are kids everywhere that are using the toilets and there are dribbles everywhere. Even if they come to mop it then you have to wait for the floor to dry. Not easy to tell a 5yo to wait till the floor is dry so they don't slip. Other than that we had a great time and will go back.
