I got two piercings from a beautiful woman named Melissa. She did such an amazing job, before and during the piercing. She was so kind as soon as I walked in, the environment was so peaceful and welcoming. She got me very comfortable very fast, and I didn’t have any issues whatsoever. She made my two piercings, as easy and pain-free as possible, I was able to recover no problem. I am so excited to have her in the other artists do more work on me. I had only heard good things about this place before going in, and I can only say good things now. They are amazing, and are so heartfelt and honest about everything they do. My piercer had no problem telling me that the second one was going to be way worse, as well, as comparing her own piercings, and experiences to my owner. they will not be hearing the last of me, I am sure to become a regular very soon. If you are hesitating at all about a tattoo or piercing now, you definitely will not be, and will be wanting more as soon as you walk in. Ashley is such a wonderful person to work with. I previously got my industrial pierced at a different location and was pierced incorrectly, but Ashley immediately sprung into action at my text, asked me to meet her in the shop same day, and fixed my piercing in a very professional manner as well as with ease. She also helped to correct a previous lobe piercing that was messed up, and continues to be a delight with our conversations and the comfort she provides even through a text conversation. I highly recommend coming here for any piercing as Ashley will be sure to provide you exactly what you are looking for with a warm smile and expertise.

4 years ago I had a tattoo done on my ankle (at the Watertown location prior to the recent change) & service was amazing. I was a walk-in who wanted something super simple and the girl who did it was great! My most recent visit was for a piercing to which I just had removed at the Dr’s office and am being treated for cellulitis (in my ear). I kept the area clean, away from hair getting tucked behind my ears, etc. The pain from when I got the piercing never improved but only got worse. Not sure what happened, but :( . My friend who went with me had the ball of her piercing fall out the night she got it when she got home (2 hrs away).

I got my belly button, second helix, and tragus pierced yesterday by the lovely Melissa. I walked into her shop completely nervous but walked out feeling like I made a new friend. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, such a beautiful soul. I will definitely come back just to visit her. And the piercings are absolutely beautiful, she made them as painless as possible. Went in on a whim to have my lip re-pierced (first time piercing was at a different location over a decade ago) and they were super accommodating!I even tried leaving a tip and he said I'd rather get the review!" I gave it a couple of days to see how well my lip was healing

Ashley has done my nostril, industrial, tragus, and daith for me. She was an amazing piercer. Very professional, with a very clean working environment. She made sure to ask if I had eaten beforehand, and offered me candy since it had been a while. I followed her when she moved from the Watertown location to the other shop because I prefer her doing my piercings. She helped me several times when the ball kept falling off of my daith piercing, even on her days off, until it was healed enough to change it out. I will definitely keep going to her for all my piercing needs. I recommend if you want a new piercing, to come see Ashley!

I took my daughters for nostril, septum, and belly button piercings. Melissa was very polite, and professional. The shop is extremely clean, with a private piercing room. She sanitized the chair and her table in between each of us. Everything was taken out of package in front of us, and she was very thorough in explaining after care.

I got a hold of the shop. I had been looking around for a good shop. I had heard awesome reviews about them. I called and got in the next day. My artist is also the owner of both shops. Let me tell you, the level of professionalism to artistry blew my mind. I texted him a picture of what I wanted. Not only did he work with it, he also put so much work into it. He paid so much attention to detail. Cared so much about the work he was putting into it. Everyone else in the shop was so friendly and personable. They make you feel like family. Definitely will recommend this shop to everybody looking to get art or piercings done. Very please with how my piece turned out!! I am looking forward to my final sitting with him. He exceeded my expectations.

Melissa was AMAZING! So professional and so friendly. I have quite a few piercings and she kept me the most relaxed I have ever been, right before I'm pierced. Affordable, quality work, knows what she is doing. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
