Sadly I'm giving a 1 star so this comment can get attention.I had spoken to someone here to get legal advice, they were to follow-up with me and after leaving messages no one returned my call.I was left a little defeated because on the first initial call the person actually listened and seemed to care but nothing ever happened as they never called me back and I even tried to get in touch with them.Hopefully it was just a temporary communication problem.

I had such a wonderful experience with one of the staff lawyers. They were wonderful and helped advocate for me to get disability accommodations during my hospital stay (during covid). I can’t say enough about how much getting connected with ARCH has helped me and empowered me. They are awesome and super caring and responsive. Thank you!!!

Gabriel Reznic from Arch Disability Law Centre was my lawyer and he was successful in winning a recent appeal on my homemaking case. This was a precedent case for the centre and Gabriel Reznick did the appeal during the most difficult covid19 pandemic times in the year 2020.He is a very thorough, diligent, conscientious and dependable lawyer. He was always available when I needed his support. His support helped to alleviate a lot of distress caused by my case.Gabriel Reznic is a very professional lawyer. I got amazing help from ARCH disability law center. I worked with Gabriel and he was amazing at helping me get my issue of discrimination resolved. He spent a lot of time doing everything he could to make sure that I got the best possible outcome. The free help I got from them was better than help I received from lawyers that I had been paying in the past.There’s never any guarantees with lawyers but I can guarantee they will do everything they can to help people with disabilities. Their services are the bar that others should aim to meet.

Dear Mr Lattanzio, Arch Staff, Arch Board of Directors, and Gabriel,I am a person with a physical disability and a cancer patient in LaSalle, Ontario.I feel very fortunate to have worked with Gabriel despite the circumstances in which my need for council arose. He worked over Christmas during the height of a pandemic, every day to fight for my right to have a caregiver at my cancer treatment appointments, tests and iron infusions. Above and beyond the duty of a councillor, Gabriel even provided hope to me and my caregiver through an unimaginably hard emotional trial.As a disabled person, I am used to having to fight for my rights, but I have never felt so supported through a legal battle as I did with Gabriel. Recently, ARCH assisted me in successfully appealing a decision by my attendant services provider which was contrary not only to Ontario's AODA legislation, but the service provider's own policies. Gabriel, the ARCH lawyer I dealt with, spent a great deal of time reviewing the relevant sections of both the AODA legislation and the service provider's own policies. I credit Gabriel almost entirely for the success of my appeal. I will be forever grateful for the assistance Gabriel and his ARCH colleagues provided.

ARCH reception staff and lawyers are wonderful! Every person, that I spoke with, was direct, honest, compassionate and very helpful! She helped me write a letter to my Agency to help me get my rights and needs met and it was written professionally and kindly.
