Worst customer service i have ever received. DO NOT USE

Very disappointed!!!After 5 years with Economical the renewal came with an increase of over $1000. In all these years we had no claims or speeding tickets.

I am really disappointed with Economical insurance, worst service faced by me. My adjuster Tawanda Majoni is most irresponsible person. I have been waiting for a rental vehicle since past 4 hours and he did not call me back. Poor customer service and I would give them 0 stars as I without vehicle since my vehicle is under repair and no body provided me with a rental vehicle. How could this person tell me that my vehicle went for maintenance because I drive Uber. If I pay insurance; why am I liable to reply to this question? Moreover I want to appeal to Economical insurance that kindly ask your adjusters to be polite with their words as Tawanda Majoni reply through email represents clear picture of unprofessional and rude behavior.

Very poor customer service, the service rep named Shona Dsuza (Supervisor Amal Alli), needs to be reprimanded for her service. Shona refuses to contact you back via email or phone call. The claim for my car has been over 20 days when advised by her it'll be up to 10... and yet still waiting today. Had to contact a lawyer and also advised Economical I've had to contact a lawyer. The purposely advised misinformation is used widely spread throughout this company. Now you have been advised.

Was there for a probable job opportunity discussion. Calm place in Keitchner. Staff was helpful. Culture of the organization looked cool and good people.

I am about to be homeless, so I have to put my things in storage. They will not provide me with storage insurance because I will no longer have a home to insure! Absolutely DISGUSTED by this. I spent 23 minutes trying to get a real person on the phone. The broker was contacted and received zero help. The broker calls me back and then does not leave an extension number to call back. Have to wait on hold for 30 to 40 minutes to speak with broker.UPDATE: Dear Economical I will not emailing my personal information so you have name and email address. Economical you can provide a phone number and extension number in your reply! Then I can call and speak with a HUMAN! Economical has had their chance to speak with me and I can't get a hold of a HUMAN to speak with! Guess what Economical? It's to late!

The customer service is awful. You leave a message and never get a response. The only thing done promptly is changing their annual payments.

Wonderful service. Professional and efficient

I had a claim several years ago after my vehicle was struck by another driver. I found their response to be absolutely sleazy. They first delayed speaking to me for many days, until I went into this location and asked to speak to someone about my claim. They phoned me immediately after that saying I didn't need to go in person and that they were just about to contact me anyway. This was just the start of their games. Next came their statement that my vehicle had a market value of merely $500 so that is all they would pay. The guy who estimated also left the doors unlocked, leading to some brand new parts being stolen from the vehicle. I told them that $500 would not work for me, I would get an appraisal to show the value was far higher. At this point they told the bodyshop that I was not insured and they would not pay storage so he should scrap the vehicle immediately. He asked me about this and I told him that was untrue and I would gladly pay the storage fee regardless so he kept the vehicle at his shop. More time went by and I got to the point where I had an appraised value and this insurance company had a new game - they claimed I was at fault so they couldn't pay. I said I was not - another car ran into me and the police had determined they were at fault and charged the driver. Then they did not have a copy of the police report yet so they couldn't determine who was at fault. I had to do so more leg work at the police reporting center to find out that the report had been faxed weeks ago and showed the other driver at fault. They faxed it again, while I stood there. When confronted with this, the insurance company suddenly found the original report. I did end up with a fair settlement, many times greater than the original $500 joke of an offer, but it was well over a month of fighting. Needless to say I dumped this company immediately after. This was years ago, and maybe they have improved, but I hold a grudge and will never trust or deal with this company again.

Cancelled my insurance. As a clean driver for close to a decade (360$)Complete garbage coverage. They told me they owed me money. Then proceeded to bill me twice after I cancelled.Stay as far away from these scammers as possible.
