I used mr Peterson for a family matter in the past so I decided to hire him to appear in court for me when I couldn't attend. Nothing was accomplished, I understand that would have to do with the judge requesting me to be there personally. This was not my issue, the issue is that his receptionist is terrible to deal with, everything is very very disorganized, mistakes were made with dates, when calling to make sure everything was filed for preparation for my court date she stated she had called left voicemails which must have been to a wrong number because I didn't receive anything. When I was trying to clarify ..she was very snarky and rude to speak to. I felt bluffed off and it was disrespectful.Considering I am or was a paying client I would expect a lot more respect while speaking on the phone as well as my paperwork and matter to be dealt with in an organized matter.Over all Jeffery is very nice and pleasant to deal with but the front desk customer service and overall work standards would prevent me from ever going back.

I received extremely valuable legal advice at a very reasonable rate. The staff was friendly and I felt at ease after meeting with Mr. Peterson. I would use his services again if needed.
