I had an appointment with Mahak today. I just want to say she is really nice and very patient. I am student and I had no idea about plans. She explained all the opportunities by detail. Actually I was expecting to spend more money, but she came up with good suggestions I was able to save a lot of money. I wish I could have my experience with Mahak today wherever I shop.

Mahak is such a great assistant. When I first came to Canada she helped me to get a new sim card that fits my budget. Since then I recommended Mahak to anyone I knew and I told them nobody would be able to help you at wireless as much as she could. Recently one of my friends was so stressed about her broken phone during the lockdown, I contacted Mahak and she helped us to book appointments online via Wow Carlingwood and made sure my friend gets critical service she needed. It was such a relieve to be able to trust and get the right care during this pandemic. Mahak is the best and thank you Wow

I always read the reviews before I make any purchases because I have been mislead about my plans previously and I ended up paying extra bills every months. At this location I noticed a staff named MAHAK has the most reviews. I went to see her last week and she helped me lower my monthly bills about $130. Bless her soul. She is wonderful and did not charge me for her service. Mahak is very well-versed in this field. She is a bright young lady and she will take care of your wireless needs.

I strongly recommend this location if you are thinking of upgrading phones or changing plans. Mahak could offer me an amazing deal: 2 phones, 2 plans and a complimentary cellular tablet. Not enough?? She also gave me in-store credit to buy some accessories. Do not miss out on the fantastic promotions. She is knowledgeable, extremely welcoming and patience.

Mahak is an awesome and professional salesperson, she offered the best deals possible in the market and patiently transferred all my information from my old phone to my new one. I went into WOW mobile twice this month with a family member and dealt with Mahak on both occasions. She was incredibly patient, helpful and willing to do what ever she could to help us. On the first occasion, she spent over an hour helping us deal with a malfunctioning phone that needed to be reloaded onto a new device. She was a pleasure to deal with and saved us a lot of stress.
