I have eczema all over my body, including my hands, and these products have been a game changer for me. I mainly use the hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent and all 3 don’t irritate my sensitive skin. I love that they are unscented and have simple ingredients !

I really liked the hand soap until I bought the refill for it and noticed the it was watery and splashes all over my counters leaving stains on the marble. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and let them know there was clearly a problem with my refill product because it was NOTHING like what I got in the original glass pump. They simply told me it was normal and too bad for me. They refused to send me a replacement even though I let them know I was unsatisfied with this poor quality product. The owner did not care at all.I used to recommend this product to all of my interior design clients and will no longer be doing that!

I had bought my first Unscented products from Lufa and loved that we could buy a dish soap refill to last the year, reducing our consumption of plastic bottles. We eventually purchased the all-purpose cleaner as well as the hand soap. All the products met my expectations! I've since cancelled my subscription to Lufa and made my first purchase directly from the company and was able to pick up my order in town. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly employees and an adorable and well-behaved dog. My order was well-packed, complete, and I have absolutely no complaints. Great products, great service, highly recommend!

Customer service is great. I love that it's local, affordable and has quality ingredients. Will order more next time (we tried the hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning solution and they're all great)!

A package from the Unscented Company was sent to the wrong address and arrived at our business address - we messaged to inform them that their package was misplaced and for a return shipping label, and the lovely customer service rep, Jiao, gave us the box as a gift for the holidays (instead of shipping it back)! How lovely of a service is that? Never used their products before, but after experience like this, you definitely have a new loyal customer who'll be back :-)!

Amazing products, the quality is unsurpassed. I first discovered the dish soap and have gone on to use most of the products offered by the company. The packaging is great, and deliveries are quick.
