I was looking for a metal detector to rent. I live in Toronto. I called one location near me and was transferred to a couple locations in my search. Spoke to some wonderful people. Sean at the store in Vaughan on Creditstone Road had the metal detector and arranged for me to pick ii up from a location closer to me. Wow! Amazing service from Brittany to Paul to Sean and on Saturday I will pick up the metal detector. Yeah! Thanks Sean for making this rental even easier for me!

I wanted to share my experience with Stephenson Rental Safety training. My company had me registered for Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform Operation. The admin(Lisa) was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. The two interactions I had with her was outstanding. I am very happy with Stephenson's flexibility and accommodations to our company's schedule. She was able to work around our busy schedule and still provide a great safety training programs.When it came to the training aspect of the courses. Rob from FSN nailed it. He educated and taught the fundamentals of safe operation of different types of lift equipment. Rob from FSN was also great with lifts and the do's and don'ts. He was very safety conscious and made sure that everyone was properly trained before we started using the lifts. I felt confident after leaving Stephenson's Rental Services to use these different types of lifts.Highly recommend Stephenson's Rental Services for your companies next training go to location.

With all the competition out there - I can't believe how much this store denies promising and under delivers (literally). I rented a mini steer MT85 - I was told it may be delivered by 4 p.m. Then I was told later that day - they only had an MT55 which they could have to me by 4 p.m. I had my landscaper waiting until 7 p.m. - no machine - no phone call - I had to call the next morning. I spoke to the store manager - I felt like I was bothering them. So I cancelled - one day delayed on my job. BUT I was accommodated right away by your competition!!! We are all in retail - and if I conducted myself like this - I would be out of a job!!

Very unorganized, unreliable business. I used to love Stephenson's for all my business rental needs however when you rent for a personal project you really don't get the same attention or service. Had broken rental equipment delivered and left me stranded to complete a project with hired contractors on-site. Took them 5 days to have it picked up and they were not able to provide any other equipment to replace it. Bobby is very kind on the phone but otherwise I would avoid this place in the future.

We had booked 3 portable heaters to be picked up today. We have been trying to call them since 11am to double check, they pick it up the calls and place us on hold. When we physically went in to pick up those heaters, noticed both staff members doing nothing productive, just chilling. To our surprise what we find, they didn't even book those portable heaters in the first place. After 15 mins of arguments and figuring out what to do, they are like o

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They took the time to make sure I was renting the right tool for the job, not just the most expensive thing that would get it done; which is what I was originally looking at renting because I didn't know all the options.Staff like this team, that genuinely try to save their customers extra money and headaches, are the ones that keep us coming back long term! Great team that I'll gladly be renting from again in the future.

Shawn was incredible to deal with. He went the extra mile to help me troubleshoot with sanding my floors. In the end, it's a job that I couldn't complete on my own, and although Stephenson's would have made money on renting equipment out to me and letting me do a less then stellar job, they chose customer service over money. Thank you Shawn and Stephenson's. I will be back for additional rental needs.
