This store is so beautiful and the owner is awesome. I bought 2minikane dolls here and I just love them. This store is well worth a visit.

I did most of my Christmas shopping online from this local store. The owner answered all my questions with great detail and made fantastic suggestions. The customer service was phenomenal. When the owner learned that I had a newborn, she dropped off the items at my door. Amazing service. I can't wait to shop in store.

I went in to pick up a Maileg mouse for my daughter for Christmas, and forgot my wallet. Was SO EASY to quickly shop online and then have them give me the package right there to take home. I wish I didn’t have to make it a quick visit, store was soLovely and the lady I interacted with (maybe the owner?) was so helpful and happy to see people shopping. Can’t wait to go back for more shopping!

Some of the most beautiful children's toys in the city! I have been a customer of this shop since it was on Roncesvalles and I absolutely love the quality of the items sold here. I find the owner extremely knowledgeable and able to answer my questions / provide recommendations whenever I need them. Such a friendly shop with beautiful items.

I thankfully found this shop last summer when i had issues with an order I placed directly with minikane for my daughters birthday gift. The owner was so beyond helpful, I couldn't have been more happy and relieved. Iv been shopping from her ever since... Also I know this is small, but she always leaves a little personal note in every order. I really find it so sweet, like I'm not just a customer, she genuinely cares. Such wonderful customer service, and literally the best selection for everything. Love!

Living in the Roncesvalles area for a few years and with a newborn I was delighted to see a new kids store opening up. I walked past with my stroller and was surprised to see there was no ramp up the two steep steps. This is most unusual as many of the stores on Roncesvalles have accessible ramps. Hey Kiddo also sports an accessible push button for the door.When my mother was visiting we were passing by, she wanted to get my baby a gift so suggested she help me with the stroller up the steps (I was recovering from a c-section so couldn't manage it by myself).When we went into the store we were the only customers, we looked around for a bit, picked some gifts. I was waiting awhile by the register but eventually a staff member came to serve me. I enquired why there wasn't an accessible ramp, she explained that there were issues with the building and it was difficult (???). I then said how I wouldn't have been able to get the stroller in without my mother's help and that a ramp is needed. She then replied that things are going to change
