We were here for a paediatric vaccine clinic. Nice facilities and well run. It’s a clean and relatively modern building inside.

This is NOT a public service. It is a service when they decide they want to open the door. The office to deal with parking tickets, claims, etc., is CLOSED from 12 noon to 1 p.m. This is not advertised anywhere on the City of Ottawa site and is extremely unfair to those who only have an hour of their day to deal with their concerns. Stagger your lunch schedules and ensure the PUBLIC SERVICE office is open to the public for their needs.

The security guys don’t have any education. I lost a personal item and I ask to him for look on the chair who I was sit. He don’t look.. the chair was a 10 meters of him.

Today I lost my wallet at 100 constellation drive unconsciously, a gentleman working there found it and drove to my home to give me it right after I got home.may kind people be blessed with life-long peace and healthy! Hope he can see this or his colleagues who saw this review can tell him :)
