I honestly cannot recommend Kate enough for your wedding coordinating needs!! We got married in August 2022 and I am so incredibly grateful to have had her by our side on our big day. She is the kindest person and is so supportive! Not just on the day of the wedding, but months before the wedding. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The day was completely stress free and we are so thankful for all of her hard work. If your considering hiring a wedding coordinator, trust me when I say that you need Kate in your life! RUN, don’t walk, to book Kate as your wedding planner - Kate was our very first vendor and hands down our best wedding investment.Our wedding planning went from one year to 2.5 because of COVID - Kate guided us through the constant changes, she was always on top of all restrictions and rules, and made sure we had an incredible small ceremony in 2021 and a full reception and vow renewal in 2022, both of which were absolute magic.Kate has incredible energy and was so much fun to work with. She always made us feel like we were her top priority and understood exactly what kinds of ideas and choices we wanted for our wedding. Incredible attention to detail ensuring every moment has been considered. We had a lot of unique ideas and requests and Kate worked to make sure we had everything we wanted - including ensuring our vision came together in a cohesive way, finding vendors for us that we would have never been able to on our own (like a sushi cake and custom painted running shoes), and creating a beautiful decor package that was better than we ever imagined!She knew what we wanted before we did.Kate also worked with all our vendors and saved us so much time and stress, ensuring that all of our details were perfect and providing us with lots of great advice and information, so we were always comfortable with the decisions we were making.Anyone would be lucky to have Kate be a part of their day (or days!) - and we’ve never been anything short of thrilled to have had her be part of ours.

Kate was an excellent coordinator for our wedding. We planned our wedding for July 2020, right in the heart of COVID. Kate was very responsive, and kept us cool under the pressure of changing regulations. She was organized to help us make critical decisions and ensured the day went by flawlessly. Although we had to shrink our wedding significantly, it was perfect and everything we ever wanted, and Kate definitely played a big part in that. Looking forward to using Kate's services again for the reception!

Every bride needs Kate Coleman. Kate is the sweetest most personable and professional wedding planner, we are so glad we found her! She was there at every single point helping us get through the stress of Covid restrictions, details, vendors and everything else we never thought of. We had our wedding at home on our ranch she knew my vision exactly and helped me execute it perfectly down to where to place that last bit of lighting and greenery. She helped put my mind at ease and keep my planning on schedule with her planning booklet and meetings. Even when we were in Arizona for months she still helped us get everything taken care of so we could relax. I could not imagine trying to plan a wedding (let alone during Covid) without her. She made the postponing easy and orchestrated all of the rebooking of vendors. Kate thought of every detail I wouldn’t have thought of and made the actual wedding day a breeze for my husband and I. The day of coordinating was such a blessing to have, with it you can just show up, get pointed in the right direction and enjoy your day from there stress free! Kate feels like a part of the family now and I am so glad we had her I don’t even want to begin to imagine my wedding day without her. We love you Kate! Thank you so much!

I have worked with a LOT of wedding planners over 20 years of being a wedding photographer - however, I stepped out of retirement one last time to photograph a wedding recently in Cochrane and met Kate. Let me tell you… this woman is a gem. Yes, she’s great at her career, but even more so, she’s a stellar human. If you want a cool, calm, collected, funny, “instant best friend” vibe type of person to be in charge of your day - she’s it. Professional, personable and level headed.
