I got a bunch of stuff for my puppy, every single time the attendants were very helpful, polite, kind and fun. I love the store and I'll definitely be back to buy more. They have toys, food, beds, kennels, everything your pet needs

It is the worst grooming service we have ever experienced. My 8 year old son came out crying after seeing his dog.

It was my first time using this location for a grooming appointment, and I am impressed! Great layout for the growing center. Staff were all friendly and thorough! I got the shampoo with furminator extra brushing + nail grind. They really did a great job! We are even getting remarks from strangers about how fluffy and shiny her coat is! I will definitely consider using this location regularly!

What a shame a brand new store has employees that are more interested in talking to one another than greeting people as they come into the store. Much less ask them if we needed help. We came in the evening and from what we could tell there was only 2 people working. Standing at the til chatting. We had just brought home 2 new puppies and needed a lot of supplies but perhaps because we had left them at home they thought we were in the wrong place? Go to PetSmart in Shawnessy. They're always friendly and the grooming salon is awesome. We will not be returning.

I really enjoyed going here to get my fish. The employees are friendly and smart. They answered all our 1001 questions professionally. There are different pets in this store, reptiles, including a snake, cats, dogs, fishes of different types. The store is large, neat and wasn’t too busy, it was very comfortable. I finally could set up my aquarium thanks to them.

Great selection, and always has sales, but like alot of other big pet stores, you won't be likely to be offered assistance at any point, and you'll have to find them first. But hey, probably why they work at a pet store, they're more 'animal people' than 'people people'.

Friendly staff, store is always very clean and no lines. Always new pets for adoption. This store is basically a one stop shop, it has everything, grooming, wash and more. I'm always glad to visit.
