I had a great experience buying a new discovery sport from this dealership. The sales rep, Shant, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and showed me the features of the car I was interested in. He also gave me a fair price and a good trade-in value for my old car. Sophie, was also very friendly and efficient. She handled the paperwork and financing smoothly and quickly. From the moment I walked into LR Laval I felt comfortable just like walking into my own home. Seems like the staffs egos are left at the door before walking into work. No pretence or uncomfortable snobbish attitudes at LR Laval. The warm greeting, gratitude and appreciation from the Sales team was genuine.The professional approach from Shant was excellent. He understands how to speak to clients and deal with couples when buying a vehicle.

Went from Ottawa to purchase my new F Pace at Jaguar Laval with Shant Narinian who offered me the greatest buying experience I've had over the years.He really took the time to compare the new F Pace with my previous in terms of options and engine variants.Despite the 2 hour drive was well worth the trip and will definitely come back for my next Jaguar Land Rover.Sophie Rivrais who took care of the delivery process was very professional,courteous and knowledgeable.6 stars!

Alain at parts is A1 +. Super helpful with going the extra mile to get you your part. Highly recommend this branch for your parts need. Haven't used any other services, so no comment on other aspects of their business. side note: if you own an older generation Land Rover - Range Rover, be prepared to have sensors and more + be discontinued after a mere decade. Cars can be on the road for 50+ years to have the manufacturer discontinue parts is completely unacceptable, in my honest opinion. Besides that Good service and knowledge by the parts team. Thanks Alain!
