The worst place to do any insurance business! I have been with them for 14 years and they absolutely are horrible! This was the last straw and I have cancelled everything with them. I called and emailed 8 weeks ago to change our policy and she only JUST got back to us. I specifically said I was not renewing with them and the term was up first week in June. I called 2nd week in March to change the policy until the expiration. Tracey purposely waited 8 weeks to try to renew the policy. Backfired! We don’t want to go with a business that takes 8 weeks to get back to you. This new company had a quote and everything up and running in less than 5 days. Buh bye. Lost a customer

Uncompetitive and unrecommendable. Took forever to get a quote from and tried to upsell on ridiculous grounds. In the end lost the deal to competition, who did the job for half the price.

Best customer service by MEL B, when to transfer a vehicle and get new insurance. She explained me everything in detail with a big smile.

I’ve used this branch for all of my insurance needs and they’ve always been really welcoming and helpful. Recently had a unique situation with ICBC and went to see Jan for advice. She was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the whole process and eventually resolved everything! They’ve developed a friendly work environment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for insurance. I have been to this agency many times over the years and never again, Jan I believe could not of been any less interested in helping me in wanting a top up policy on my bike for collision and theft and after going around and around she then told me with all the fires around us couldn't help.i then asked for the third time what about ICBC she said she could quote but with her tone really wasn't interested, I then said never mind and she then said would be the same everywhere, I went to Okanagan insurance and bought my policy, I will never go to Interior again, Jan if you are that unhappy with your job maybe look for another.
