I brought my dogs here 3 times so far and the staff are always friendly and caring. They send updates and videos of my dogs as well as give me access to their cameras so I can check on my dogs anytime! I’m so happy to have found a good dog hotel for my dogs so we can go on vacation and not have to worry about them.

Great dog hotel close to home! We've taken our little guy here twice for the day and once overnight for 2 nights. Couldn't be happier. We like the fact that videos are shared with us regularly in addition to having access to the cameras 24/7. Our dog doesn't like to stay anywhere but home likes to be by himself however the staff here do a great job encouraging him to play and interact with the other dogs. Thank you for providing a safe, clean and friendly place for our fur friends to stay when we need it!

Very friendly place for our pets. And very helpful staffs as well. Very satisfied. Fee is fair too. I’ll always go there whenever I go to Toronto.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. 24/7 cameras are available. My dog stayed for 7 days and he came back home with a big happy smile :)

Really Good Place for Dogs. They take good care of my dog, and my dog have fun at here. Reasonable price with high quality service~ Clean and safe place for dogs. They have 24 hrs camera share to you, you can monitor your dog when you are leave, and they will record the time of your dog pee,poopingand eat food!!! Thanks for take good care of my dog~~~

Please stay away. Staffs are poorly trained. While dropping of my dog, the staff managed to let the dog escaped and the ran to the plaza/ main road. Has no idea how to control the situation, and I had to run across the road to bring the dog back.Good lord nothing happened. Please stay away at all cause.

I let my cat stay there every time while I traveling. Staffs are absolutely pet lover and pay all their heart to treat every single cute one who stay there. I will say my cat has imperial enjoyment during the time of stay. Definitely strong recommend!

Clean and cozy environment, the care provider is soooo nice and responsible. They mark down Roger's pee time, poop time and snack time, send videos to me, which is very sweet. Roger was happy to go this morning I believe he loves this place, we will be here more often!
