Worst service ever.. specially the guy names RO. He Doesnt know how toTalk to customer and being so rude with the customers and the other staff members. There was such a big drama over refund because they charged me for three hair cuts as i paid for me and my friend and they charged my friend again and putting me at fault bcoz he doesn’t know how to refund.Pointing fingers at us such a shame and worst service ever.Never going back.

Best saloon in Mississauga, 3041 Argentia RdMs. Alice the hair stylist on top one of the best, she was so patience with my special need son and cut his hair so perfect and beautiful, I will give more then 5 stars.Definitely I will go for my haircut too

First of all, I would like to thank a very special, kind woman at this location, Sukhwinder. From the moment I called this salon, to the last minute I spent in here, she was absolutely out standing!!!I brought my two sons here, aged 2 & 5, at different times today. I asked for something specific for both boys, and she nailed it! I was so pleased with her gentle touch, and the way she worked with my sons. She didn’t rush at all, and she took so much time with the cut, and shave. My oldest son even received the MVP treatment. He’s never experienced anything like this before. He got to sit in the massaging chair, have a hot towel on his face, as well as a head massage. He was so proud of himself as well for not being afraid of the haircut, and so was I.I highly recommend this location. The staff is amazing, it’s very clean, professional, and they pay close attention to detail. I will definitely be bringing my sons back, and referring friends! Thank you so much Sukhwinder for your services today. You are appreciated!

I have been coming here for haircuts and the “MVP” for 7 years now, no complaints about any of the haircuts.It is good how you can book in advance so you don’t have to sit and wait. For some reason the app never works when trying to book, you have to use the browser.There are cheaper places where you can get the same quality cut for less.

Leo is an amazing barber who will make sure you get the cut you want. He is very professional, talented, and keeps his workspace clean. I loved how it turned out.

Leo is a great barber. He has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now. I love that I get to watch the game at his new spot, Sport Clips. When you go in, ask for Leo and you’ll walk out a new man! Best fade in the city!

Would love to rate the hair cut but I didn't get one. I was turned away for having symptoms. This being I had a small sneezing fit because it's allergy season and well allergies, another customer even said it was allergies, but no I was turned away and asked to leave.With COVID being officially over you should really look into retraining your staff for a better customer experience

Was very rushed didn’t offer to style my hair , and they cut too much off the top. Watching TSN with ads blaring is brutal.Home now and seeing the fade, it’s literally totally different on either side! I am shocked, stay away

Been going here for a haircut but never experience worst customer service until now. The staff literally refused to service me and my son because of some mild cough. Unbelievable! Should put sign in front of your store!!!
