This was my first visit to 5 guys. Had the bacon cheese burger and regular fries. The burger tasted good (2 patties), not sure if the cheddar cheese was real as it looked and tasted like Kraft singles (maybe won’t get the cheese next time). Fries were nice and crispy, couldn’t finish the portion which is rare for me. Service was good, overall was good experience. You can probably get a similar or better burger around the same price in a pub or restaurant though.

Five Guys is always good. Tasty burgers and their cajun fries are awesome. Never had a bad meal here. Delicious shakes too.

Five guys burgers and fris one of the best places to go for well burgers, fris and shacks all made right before you eyes. Peanut butter shack Cajun French fries and an awesome meaty cheese burger what more could you ask for. Always looking forward to the next bite

This was our regular location over the years and hadn’t been here for awhile. Patty size seems to be smaller/thinner and didn’t reach the edge of the bun (recession?) and that’s why you pay a bit more than a burger chain.Also noticed they changed the cheese slice kind, maybe change over of franchisee? But they do have cherry coke now!

We were served by Allysa Marie today and her happiness and excitement of her job made the start to a great lunch. So happy to see employees who like their job and make customers feel good even when things are busy.

My favorite fast food hamburger is from five guys. They never disappoint. This specific location was very clean and spacious. Because of covid rules we weren't allowed to sit inside but looks like they have lots of tables available. They even have tables outside on the front side walk. I would definitely come to this location again

After calling in to tell them how awful the BLT was, they said they could help us later, which made no sense. Do not order from here.

Ordered online for pickup, food was good but we were missing 1 of our 4 burgers, no big deal, when I called about it the worker was extremely rude and told me she put it in the bag, but we only had 3 burgers and 2 fries in our bag, we opened our bag in the hotel room and was missing the 1 burger, so after the call went and I got a burger elsewhere. Will never be back to this location.

Edit: i have been back a few times since and they are good again i would recommend to anyone.Took the wife and kids here tonight, and wow we were totally disappointed. They had to remake my burger as it wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese and my patties were half the size they used to be. I should have checked but didn't think about it untill my daughter asked what happened to the rest of her burger and opened up the bun and there was almost no patty left and still half the bun. Fries were soggy too. Been coming here for years and now the staff seems new, I don't recognize any of them and the food sucks!
