With no hesitation she answered my phone calls and was available through email.I was super anxious and disappointed, but she supported all my needs knowing we had company visiting. She compensated me for all my stress and time.I would recommend The Brick to all my friends and family.

A little communication can go a long way. Started a warranty claim for a sectional from brick. Assesor comes in for 30 seconds, snaps a pic and gone. Started emailing for a few days to get a response and finally got someone. After back and forth the matter was resolved. to their liking. They credited the total amount of the sofa instead of replacing as the prices have gone up so its a win win for them to have me spend more at the brick. They didnt have my size or setting that aligned with the layout of my house so i got one for 2000 elsewhere. During that time I donated my current sectional to charity to fit my new sofa and placed an order for new items. The sales rep then told me that they will pick up the old sectional after delivery of the new items. I offered them via email the sectional back, I spoke to yaasmin on the phone about 5 times and never once was this communicated. The email was never responded to in regards to returning it.I sent them their own terms and conditions and it notes that when the item is replaced only. I was never offered replacement. So now spoke to supervisor who can only offer a 400.00 credit which is what you get anyways when your warranty expires. A little communication would have allowed me to keep the sectional they wanted back, use my full credit. I have about 3 more warrantied products with this company, my advise is to ask them everything because their only conern is themselves not the customer.

I have had two service call experiences with The Brick Commercial after purchasing a new condo and the service has been fantastic on both occasions. In this day and age, I'm always surprised how quickly they reply to your emails with a follow-up phone call to address your issue. When you speak with them, it's clear that they have carefully read your email, understood your issue, and have already begun to take steps to resolve it. I purchased my first home at Minto. Everyone from the salesperson to the coordinator Abhishek was OUTSTANDING. Extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable and customer caring. The appliances were on backorder and I wanted to move in with my family having everything ready. I definitely wanted delivery and installation before that, I felt he truly went out of his way to make it happen, especially since it was 6pm on a Friday. He stayed late and did the due diligence after his working hours and made sure everything got done. That’s how you win a customer for life.
