Barrhaven Martial Arts Centre
I started training with Nick and Mark about 15 years ago and recently started training at the Barrhaven location. The gyms are always well kept and clean. Trainers are respectful and friendly and take the time to help you learn a skill. I always have a great workout, even on my off days. There is a very welcoming atmosphere at BMAC which makes training more enjoyable. I definitely recommend trying one of their martial arts centres!

Hosted a birthday party for our 6y/o son at the Barrhaven OAMA. The staff was fantastic to deal with and were awesome with the almost 20 kids in attendance! You could see the effort they made to make sure everyone felt included and was having fun! We're already looking to sign out son up for the free week they offered to each of the kids in attendance. Best birthday related money I've ever spent!

As I was walking by the academy, I noticed an injured seagull holding up traffic. I carefully grabbed it and brought the bird to the nearest building, the academy. The staff were extremely supportive and caring. They called the appropriate people and handled an unusual situation with compassion, and they did it while hosting a busy class! Great community involvement.

Very good atmosphere very fun place to train , the instructors invest in their school and care about their students, top quality classes and the best kids program around, my daughter would be lucky to have Mark and Nick as her Sensei / Instructor!
