Amazing, amazing store! Staff are always friendly here! Very willing to help and provide suggestions. Absolutely love how the store and it employees strive to make the customer feel appreciated. Also the first responders discount is a very kind blessing in a world so full of hate and division. Thank you Under Armour for leading the way in showing appreciation!

Great UA store in the Toronto Eaton Centre. I’ve been twice and each time excellent service. Big thanks to Jerome for finding my ideal footwear, tracking them down online and getting them delivered in a few days. Thanks guys!

Today I went to this store to use a coupon I was given at this same branch a few months ago which had no expiration date. When I was given the coupon the employee told me I could use at any time and there was expiration because the space for expiration was blank. Sadly this same branch refused to accept it even though I was told by them that I could use it there at any time I wanted. Only $10, not for the discount I am upset but because they lied to me and didn’t give any consideration for me as a costumer. I hope people read this company and reject this branch with many piers.

Excellent experience with the staff named Shawn. Visited Saturday, June 4th and was greeted by Shawn. He was so kind and knowledgeable about the products he was showing us and he seemed very genuine. He offered various running shoes, made suggestions and brought them out for us to try. Felt like I was talking to a UA product expert and he made the experience at UA very pleasant, thanks, Shawn!

Bought a shoe on June 16. Wanted to exchange it for a different color the same day. The store advised to process a refund and buy it again on line from the eaton center store system which I did.10 days later, the refund is not processed nor there are any history on online purchase. The store nor customer service can track the recipients and do not have any history of the transaction. I am ended up paying for 2 shoes and don't have any. The biggest scam ever from Under Armour. The only thing they offered is to escalate to accounting. Please be careful, if you have to buy, use cash. Better not to shop there.Extremely rude customer service.
