I can easily say this is the best pharmacy/best pharmacist I have ever been to. The owner (who is there everyday) is a very honest person. He always tries to give you the best deal when you have insurance coverage. The store is very clean and tidy at all times. He always tries his best to give you your medication at a reasonable time. I can really tell that this pharmacy cares and respects his work and others. =)

I’ve only started using the services at the Erb Street I.D.A pharmacy for the past couple of months, and I have to admit that I’m happy to have chosen this pharmacy. They’re pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly, as are the staff, always warmly greeting you upon entry. Questions about medications or changes in dose are answered and filling prescriptions is seamless, and very fast, I’m actually surprised at how fast things get done here, I get the impression that the pharmacist takes great pride in his work and business.

I switched over to the Erb St IDA after a long time customer recommended I do so.Since becoming a customer at this pharmacy I can understand why it is so highly recommended. The pharmacist is kind, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I am so happy I have found a pharmacist who clearly cares about his customers! I will continue to use this pharmacy for years to come.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Super friendly, always greeted with a smile. Acknowledges you as soon as you walk in the door. Very knowledgeable. My aunt and uncle recommended me to him and so glad I made that change. Never had a better pharmacist. And he always tells me about any side effects and any information I need to know about my medication.
